- Very light at first, opening up to faint rum esters, mango skins, orange cakes, bright lemon skins, overripe pineapple, dark caramels, cocoa powder, light pepper and brine. Full-bodied aromas, delightful and refreshing.
- Palate
- Strong vanilla and mango sorbet, white pepper, orange candy, apricots, lemon greek yogurt, brown sugar, pepper and apple jelly. Very powerful and complex with a smooth texture. Rich, oily and buttery, lemon butter pancakes, sweet and spiced, white pepper, melba toast, demerara or cane sugar, crème brulee, cigarette smoke.
- Finish
- Medium to long with white pepper, mango, pineapple, orange peel, a building amount of Jamaican esteriness and jaffa cakes. Quite unique, rich and long lasting. Long, sweet, spiced woody demerara rum.
