- Definitely a sherry nose with red berries, strawberries, vanilla, green apples, and a hint of leather. Orange zest, raspberry, subtle wood smoke, grain cookies, dark fruits like figs, dates, raisins, dried apricots, black cherries, toffee, caramel, and mineral earthiness.
- Palate
- Honey with spices, green apples, dried fruits, subtle smokey character, oily, citrus, brine, brown sugar sweetness, vanilla, black pepper, walnut, almond nuttiness, and bitter chocolate.
- Finish
- Medium long, with caramel, oak, burnt caramel, a hint of peat smoke, and a long lingering quality. Slightly spicy with cinnamon, Sriracha, oak, orange bitters, and white pepper.
