Description

Knob Creek Bourbon, named after a creek near Abraham Lincoln's childhood home, was created by Booker Noe in 1992 as part of the Jim Beam Small Batch Bourbon Collection. This Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is aged for nine years in new, deeply charred American white oak barrels and bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV). It is known for its full-bodied flavor, reflecting the strength, care, and patience of pre-Prohibition bourbon. The 100-proof bottling is non-chill filtered, preserving its body and texture.
