Description

Maltage was originally released at the 2015 Tokyo International Bar Show to great acclaim, now a permanent addition to Mars range of whiskies. It is a blended pure malt from Shinshu distillery, meaning it does not consist of any grain whisky. Produced and bottled by Hombo Shuzo Co., Ltd., this 10-year-old whisky is distilled at the highest operational distillery in Japan, located at 798 meters above sea level in Nagano prefecture. It is aged in sherry, brandy, and bourbon casks.
