Nose
Vibrant and sweet, with notes of tart cherries, floral aromas, roasted almonds, marzipan, apricot, nectarine, and a hint of oat cake salinity. Smooth malt, soft cereals, and fresh orchard fruits are also present, with a touch of peat and lemon zest.
Palate
Warm and smooth malt with a malty thickness, wholesome cereal goodness, and sweet floral notes. Light smoke, tobacco, red fruits (strawberry, tart cherries, bright berries), mint, nectarine, light butterscotch, gentle spice, and a gentle peatiness are present. Notes of apples, pears, caramel candy, ginger beer, and root beer add to its mild sweetness.
Finish
Smoke-driven and lingering, with bright buttery cream, warm malt, and easygoing floral notes. Soft sweet cereal, lightly tart fruits, a little spice, and a tangy, salty character with flower blossoms and caramel.
