Description

A Japanese whisky distillery originally founded in 1985 by Hombo Shuzo Co. It was initially only operational for seven years, however rising demand for the company's Mars blends in the 21st century inspired it to re-open the the site in 2011. Its single malt brand is named Komagatake. This particular bottling is a single cask release from Mars Shinshu distillery, distilled in March 2014 and bottled in September 2021, exclusively for The Highlander Inn, Craigellachie.
