Description

"Kurabuchi NEW MAKE," a colorless and transparent whisky spirit immediately after distillation, is aged in carefully selected sherry casks. Through aging, it transforms into an amber color, resulting in a whisky with a sweet aroma reminiscent of raisins. This Japanese craft whisky is made with a uniquely developed "non-filtered method" that omits the filtration step before fermentation and distillation.
