Description
The Kurayoshi Matsui Whisky Collection is a set containing three distinctive single malts from the Kurayoshi distillery: The Peated, Sakura Cask, and Mizunara Cask. The Peated is finished in casks previously used for peated Scotch malt whisky. The Sakura Cask uses rare Japanese cherry wood, offering soft fruits, sweet spices, and cherry blossom notes. The Mizunara Cask, made from notoriously difficult-to-work-with Japanese oak, imparts sweet and spicy influences. Each bottle features classic Japanese artwork.
