Description

Aged first in bourbon barrels then refined in new French oak barrels, this version first of all restores with great dynamism the abundantly fruity and herbaceous character of a mineral distillate. Then, as the tasting takes place, tasty exotic (pineapple), milky and honeyed notes highlight the rigorous work of selecting the barrels from the famous Taransaud cooperage. Profile: Rich, roasted. Marmalade, dried apricot, chocolate.
