Description

La Piautre Peated d'Eire et d'Alba is a French single malt whisky from the Loire Valley. It is an assemblage aged in French oak barrels and then finished for 4 months in peated whisky casks from the Hebrides. It is bottled at 54.5% ABV and is characterized by intense peat with iodized accents, a smooth attack leading to a discreet cold smoke, and a slightly saline and mineral finish.
