Nose
The unctuous and vious initial nose evokes Savennières wine. Allowed to breathe, it develops citrus fruit and beeswax, becoming increasingly floral.
Palate
The concentrated attack is also fruity but robust. The mid-palate is autumnal (walnut).
Finish
The energetic finish is very floral and at the same time hot (paprika). Sage perfumes the retronasal olfaction.
