- Little else than spirit, peat and smoke. With water, the spirit character disappears and we are left with a spicy peat and smoke character. Iodine also appears later.
- Palate
- Tight and smoky, as expected from a young Islay resident. The dry smoke taste lingers well. Spicy (pepper) sweetness, sea character, dry oak and with a little dried fruit far back somewhere.
