Maritime, smoky depth with complex aromas, mineral profile, sea salt, iodine, fresh citrus fruits, green apples, subtle sweetness of honey and vanilla, spicy notes of cedarwood, pine needles, and pepper. Elegant, clean, crisp, salty, cold sea air, wet wool, mentholated ointment, cold ash, hot white sand, and dried lemon rinds.
Palate
Well-balanced, green apples, grapefruit, quince jelly, hint of tobacco, seaweed salad, white pepper, salted almonds, and peat. Coastal, soot, grease, barbecued meat, char, carbonized things, coal fires, roasting lemons, ozone, and old hotel carpets.
Finish
Long, delicate, and complex, combining green fruits, almonds, and peat. Salty sea breeze, ash, honey, fine herbs, mineral, and slightly astringent notes.
