Originally founded by Paul Currie, The Lakes Distillery is situated in the Lake District as part of a converted old Victorian cattle farm, taking inspiration from the stunning landscape. The technology and hardware are state-of-the-art, but the methods are traditional in what they call a 'holistic whisky making' process. This Miramar expression is part of The Whiskymaker's Editions series, an exceptional diversion from The Lakes' sherry-led house style, showcasing whiskymaker Dhavall Gandhi's sense of adventure in cask selection, maturation, and blending. It was released as a Master of Malt exclusive.
