Description

Lambay Malt Irish Whiskey is a blended malt whiskey, comprising a minimum of three variants of high-quality Irish single malt distillates, both double and triple distilled. It is initially matured in bourbon barrels and then partially finished in hand-selected French oak Cognac casks from Maison Camus. The whiskey is exposed to the sea air and maritime winds on Lambay Island during maturation, and Trinity Well water from the island is added before bottling. It is bottled at 43% ABV and is non-chill filtered.
