Description

Originally released for the European travel retail market, Laphroaig Brodir (meaning 'brother' in Old Norse) is a no-age-statement Islay single malt. It is double matured, first in ex-bourbon casks, followed by a finishing period in European oak ex-ruby port casks. This process aims to balance Laphroaig's classic peaty and medicinal character with fruity overtones and grapey sweetness. [2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 16, 17]
