Description

This Laphroaig Cairdeas release celebrates the distillery's 200th Anniversary and was bottled for Feis Ile 2015. It was crafted using 100% floor-malted barley from Laphroaig's own maltings and distilled using only the two smallest stills. Matured in first-fill ex-bourbon casks, this expression was designed to recreate an older style of Laphroaig. It was bottled at 51.5% ABV and released as a limited edition of 20,000 bottles, primarily available to Friends of Laphroaig.
