Nose
The aroma is gentle but gradually becomes clear. Iodine peat, acidity of lemon and lime, with the sweetness of malt and gentle barrel-derived vanilla and honey. Over time, the sweet and sourness of grapefruit and the saltiness of seafood.
Palate
Powerful mouthfeel commensurate with the alcohol content, and dry. Ash nuances are added to the peat, increasing saltiness. Slightly rough malt sweetness. From the back, a faint sweet and sourness of pineapple and grapefruit slowly rises.
Finish
The peat persists, with a spicy sensation of pepper and ginger. A dry sensation that stimulates the oral cavity and tongue remains.
