Palate
Gunpowder, smoke, and a fair bit of salt, with citrus and heavily charred pork. Smokier with time, with cereal notes. Rich, slightly dry mouthfeel with deep, dark PX influence, dark sweet fruits like dates, figs, and raisins, ashes, iodine, and rich wood smoke. [4, 5, 8]
Finish
Long, with ashier and tarrier smoke, revealing phenols. More salt, sweet smoke, cherries, Turkish coffee, and liquorice. Turns creamy with caramel, vanilla ice cream, and camphor. [4, 5, 8]
