Description

Laphroaig PX Cask is an Islay single malt Scotch whisky that undergoes a triple maturation process. It is initially aged in American oak ex-Bourbon barrels, then transferred to 19th Century-style quarter casks, and finally finished in Pedro Ximénez sherry butts. This no-age-statement (NAS) expression is known for balancing Laphroaig's signature peaty smoke with a rich sherry sweetness, offering notes of sultanas, raisins, and liquorice. It was originally released as a Travel Retail Exclusive.
