Description

Laphroaig - The Second Witch (Macbeth Act Two) captures the unmistakable medicinal soul of Islay's south coast through the lens of Shakespearean character. Matured in first-fill bourbon barrels, this single malt brings clarity and focus to Laphroaig's famously phenolic style, allowing peat smoke, coal embers and coastal iodine to unfold alongside vanilla sweetness and dark dried fruits. Bottled by Elixir Distillers as part of the Macbeth Collection, a series of 42 whiskies released in five acts, with labels designed by Sir Quentin Blake. The Second Witch is one of four smoky whiskies in The Witches series.
