- nice balanced peat smoke, same as the tag line, smoked salmon! Funny that make you hungry, salty, but when you put it for a while, some sweet note is coming out, like corn. With more iodine.

- bold, powerful, peat upfront with sweet spices. Then smoky, tropical fruits, it's passion fruit! With more sweet and zesty.
