Big and drying, savoury, tarry notes, iodine complexity, long and lingering, sweet seaweed afterglow, orange zest, subtle sweetness, smoke, slightly sweet oak, lemon zest, smoky residual warmth, charcoal, salted smoked German pork, hint of bitter chocolate, phenolic undertones.
