This is a Four Grain Bottled-In-Bond Bourbon from Laws Whiskey House, a grain-to-glass distillery in Denver, Colorado. It is made with a mash bill of 60% corn, 20% heirloom wheat, 10% heirloom rye, and 10% heirloom malted barley, using heirloom grains from Colorado family farms.
