Nose: caramel buttercream frosting, plum, barnwood, tobacco, graham cracker, honeysuckle, light citrus zest, backbone of subtle fresh wheat.
Palate: fruitier aspects build on the front of the palate, bringing in an almost black current zip, a nice leathery earthiness joins in to round things out.
Finish: nice long finish that starts with a citrus graham cracker before turning earthier and leaving a lingering tobacco barnwood on the palate.
