Nose
Oily and maritime with clear peat smoke, damp ash, and a salty sea breeze. Riper, sweeter notes of stewed pear, lemon zest, and a touch of honey, with green herbs, a lightly medicinal edge, and soft oak.
Palate
Full and creamy with Ledaig oiliness, peat smoke, and coastal salt meeting fruity notes of citrus, peach, and tropical fruit. Developing into gentle pepper, clove, and resinous herbal tones.
Finish
Long and layered, with lingering smoke and brine, joined by herbs, soft spices, and a returning thread of fruity sweetness. Warm, oily, and gently spiced, wrapped in a calm, mature smoke.
