Nose
Smoked brisket, wine, marshmallow. Sweet tawny Port-like notes with sea breeze and bonfires. Smoked fudge, eucalyptus oil and carbolic soap.
Palate
Smoke, wood, pepper, ash, coffee, tar. Full and spicy with black pepper, ginger and black cherries, with lingering smoke and cured meats. Burning heather and pine cones, grape skins and melons, wood smoked meats.
Finish
Tobacco, pepper, musty, medium-long. Long salty finish with sweet fruits lingering. Floral notes and lime pastilles as the smoke fades.
