Nose
Oceanic and maritime in style as it opens - peated malt and baked fruits with green apples sprinkled with nutmeg.
Palate
Lightly spiced - with a marvellous gentle peat-smoke character and a hint of liquorice and cinnamon. The finish is full of soot and smoke and hints towards a smouldering bonfire before moving back to the ocean with a salty sea water tang.
