Description

A Scottish malt whisky distillery on the Isle of Mull, originally established as Ledaig back in 1798. Having experienced a turbulent early history, Burn Stewart Distillers has brought success and stability to it in the modern era. It currently produces a standard non-peated spirit and a peated malt. This particular release is a 12 Year Old single malt from the Tobermory Distillery, released under the Ledaig name, which is known for its peated expression. It was distilled in June 2007 and matured in a single hogshead for over a decade.
