Nose
Sandalwood, roasted coffee beans, petrichor, and fried banana. Also whiffs of sauerkraut, pickled lemons and damp rocks. Touches of vanilla and gasoline.
Palate
Salted lemons, grassy peat, a hint of walnut. Creamy and sweet with malt and sweet porridge, ashes and coal smoke. Spicy hit of chili pepper, fermented wash. Water brings out greener and more vegetal notes.
Finish
Sea salt and cracked black pepper crisps, with a sweet hint of marzipan. Lingering for a long time with more of the above.
