Description

The Limeburners Directors Cut is a selection of the very best casks from Limeburners, bottled at full cask strength. It is described as massive, rich, and complex, representing the top of the Limeburners' range. Distilled and aged in Albany, Western Australia, it uses premium local barley and water, distilled in traditional small batch copper pot stills. The malted barley is peat smoked with hand-foraged peat from the Valley of the Giants near Albany.
