Description

Limeburners Single Malt Whisky Sherry Cask is a premium expression from Western Australia, produced by the Great Southern Distilling Company. It is distilled in small batch copper pot stills and matured in second-fill American oak bourbon barrels before being finished in Australian sherry casks. This process imparts complex flavors of dark fruits, spice, and sweet sherry notes. It is part of Limeburners' core collection and is produced using a solera method to ensure consistency.
