Soft notes of pink grapefruit, pineapple, apple sauce, and underripe banana. Subtle hints of sweet malt, gooseberries, coconut macaroons, and citrus green tea. Water adds marzipan and vanilla.
Palate
Spicy and fruity with white pepper and cumin. Dominated by pink grapefruit, tangerines, and nectarines. Bright and tropical fruitiness with passion fruit, bergamot, green wood, grassy notes, and pepper. Grows zestier and spicier.
Finish
Grassy notes, light spices, and lingering citrus notes. Medium long, slightly peppery, with citrus zest and oak.
