Nose
Quite superb at first nosing, with a very peculiar combination of dried roses. It's also quite smoky and grassy, with notes of orange cake. With water: grass and smoke, hay and fern.
Palate
Punchy and close to the malt. Barley sugar, cereals, apples, table grapes, good sweetness and a faint smokiness. With water: same profile, maybe even a tad sweeter, almost sugary, very pleasant, very natural, very close to sweet malted barley.
Finish
Long and just as natural.
