An independent single cask bottling of 10-year-old Linkwood single malt Scotch whisky by The Scotch Malt Whisky Society (SMWS). Distilled in December 2011 and matured in a 1st fill ex-bourbon barrel, Cask 39.247 was given the name 'Skolebrød and Shirley Temple cocktails' and bottled at a natural cask strength of 61.6% ABV.

Palate
Custard and raisin sweetness gives way to sherbet lemons, apple sours, sorrel leaf, and touches of dragon fruit and maraschino cherries.
Finish
Penetrating notes of pepper, pickled ginger, oak shavings, black tea, and citric peel.
