The appeal here is the contrast between sweet honey and the fresh, green meadow and grassy notes. Fruity and lightly floral character adds a softer edge, while the long, dry, fresh finish keeps it from reading as simply sweet. That mix sounds approachable to me, with enough texture and a clear change of direction through the finish to keep it interesting. The notes give a fairly coherent picture without suggesting a heavy or complicated style.

I like how the sweet honey and fruit sit alongside fresh grassy notes; it sounds rounded without losing freshness. The lightly floral character and dry, fresh finish make for a composed, appealing combination.

Fresh, floral sweetness appeals.
