Floral bursts of honeysuckle and elderflower, delicate honey sweetness, elegant oak spice of cinnamon and nutmeg, with notes of figs, raisins, maple syrup, candied ham, walnut, cumin, allspice, clove, orange peel, apple, and rosewater.
Palate
Light-medium bodied, toffee and butterscotch, pickled walnuts, fruit cake, raisin, fig, green apple, fresh pineapple, grapefruit, lime citrus, dried fruits, sweet toffee, vanilla, with tannic clove and cinnamon, black pepper and dark chocolate.
Finish
Long, sweet, nutty, drying, with leather, fresh sawdust, floral and woody sandalwood, layers of fruit and spice, green fruits, gooseberry, kiwi, warming cinnamon and clove spice.
