A 1985 vintage single malt from Littlemill Distillery, bottled by Gordon & MacPhail under their Connoisseurs Choice range at 40% ABV. Littlemill was one of Scotland's oldest Lowland distilleries before its closure in 1994, and surviving stocks from this era are now scarce.

Richly perfumed with dark orchard fruits, baking spices, sherry undertones, polished oak, fig, raisin, cocoa, orange zest, faint espresso, malt, vanilla, and a whisper of smoke. Fresh and aromatic with citrus zest, green apple, honeyed malt, soft floral tones, cream, moss, wet forest, and powdered sugar.
Palate
Silky and poised with orchard fruit, citrus zest, sherry-tinged sweetness, dried apricot, raisin, cocoa, almond, honeyed oak, and gentle spice. Smooth and elegant with creamy vanilla and malt sweetness.
Finish
Long and clean with candied citrus, honeyed fruit, vanilla oak, almond, restrained spice, and a waxy, silky, lingering softness. Mossy wood with a delicate oak and soft sweetness.
