Nose
Delightful aroma. Notes of copper, hints of tequila, vanilla and various cut herbs. A hint of geranium, with black pepper.
Palate
This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour. Tangy and fresh with vanilla sweetness, hints of citrus and butterscotch. With time it develops on candy floss, gingernut biscuit and pepper.
Finish
Quite rich and lovely smooth texture. Very long, spicy and tangy. Hints of cut parsley.
