Description

Lochlea Smoke Without Fire is a delicately smoky single malt whisky, part of Lochlea's core Single Estate Range. It is inspired by their Ploughing Edition and matured in a combination of ex-peated refill Bourbon barrels and red wine casks. This expression offers a beautifully balanced profile of soft red fruits, floral sweetness, and gentle bonfire smoke, with the peat influence carefully measured to enhance the spirit's natural fruit and cereal profile without overpowering it. It is bottled at 46% ABV, natural in colour, and non-chill filtered. Lochlea is an independent, family-owned distillery in Ayrshire, Scotland, that grows its own barley on Lochlea Farm, distills, and matures all its whisky on-site.
