Nose
Clean and fruity with distant wood, clay, and organic notes. Hints of dusty smoked ham, vanilla, mint, menthol, and sour oak. Cherry liquor bonbons and chocolate notes are also present.
Palate
Sweet and farmy with a sweetish attack and a peppery bite. Fruity notes, honey, and a chocolate liqueur bon-bon. Big body with creamy vanilla and sugared dried yellow fruits, particularly apricots.
Finish
Long and balanced, with the wood notes well-contained and less vanilla.
