Subtle fruity mix of smoke and wood, with notes of peat, sea salt, seaweed, grape juice, and white bread. Hints of wood smoke, dried leaves, mossy peat, and a distant lemon note.
Palate
Sweetness, honey, and vanilla, accompanied by peppery notes and a hint of peat. It can also present with a salty, seaweed character, a hint of mezcal, and sometimes notes of bitter soap, lemons, and violets.
Finish
A lingering peat and smoke, with a sweet and tangy character, bigger peat notes, and hints of soap and pepper.
