Palate
Malty cereal, peat ridden (no smoke), sweet, white pears, tangy nectarines, vanilla beans, soft smoke, soft peat moss, slight medicinal quality, hint of mango and rosemary, sweet dried fruit, spicy oak, hint of sea salt.
Finish
Ripe fruits (peach, mango, sweet clementine juice), bitterness, salt, smoke in the background, long-lasting and complex.
