Nose
Interesting rum influence, quite pronounced and somewhat funky, with sweet tropical fruits, pickled lemon peel, brown sugar, star anise, hints of sour beer and hops. Also peaty with pineapple, green apples, bananas, vanilla, caramel, and Pina Colada notes.
Palate
Creamy mouthfeel with pronounced Longrow influence, peated barley, honey, a pinch of salt, wet pebbles, charcoal, and lemon. Less peaty than the nose, with creamy texture, bananas, minerals, milk chocolate, caramel, lemon, salt, and chili peppers.
Finish
Lingering, with more peat than the palate, vanilla, lemon, and a hint of chili peppers.
