Nose
Nice, a dry chalk as a start, then slowly tones of ashes, a bit of pepper and a lovely grassiness. Also tones of acetone and some vanilla. There is a lovely sweetness under it all.
Palate
The sweetness is rolling in, with lime/lemon and exotic fruits. Also, a bit of pepper and herbal in the taste, maybe spice. There is some peat, but it is not very dominant.
Finish
The finish is the most interesting bit with more salt and minerals detectable. A long, gentle finish, there are notes of coffee beans, sea salt and peat smoke.
