- Very creamy, vanilla custard. The smoke develops gradually. Toasted marshmallows, herbs and rich fruits. Salt and leathery smokiness, maritime.
- Palate
- Incredibly well balanced; rich and creamy with a slight medicinal hint. Smoke is always present, washing over the palate in waves. Light and sweet with notes of green grapes and rhubarb, followed by a big blast of smoke.
- Finish
- Gentle smoke lingers and lingers. Salty smokiness returns.
