Nose
Fermented citrus fruits, fennel and herbal spices, pickled mango, hint of white pepper between sweat and bergamot, mild menthol and lemongrass, dry, smoky vanilla, sweet and fruity, vegetal peat, floral, almonds, wax, sweet black tea, coffee flavoured hard candy, hints of cold gravy, meaty quality, earthy peat, dry black tea leaves, distant fireworks, organic farmy notes, diluted red fruits.
Palate
Medium-bodied, fermented citrus fruits, grapefruit and Valencia oranges, hints of dried mango and lilikoi butter, slightly creamy, mellow salinity, fresh mint with a touch of licorice, pepper, copper, apricots, wisp of smoke, warm and smoky caramel, almonds, nutty, sweetish start, sweet black tea, bitter tea-like finish, vegetal feel, waxy and velvety with a tiny burnt note, menthos.
Finish
Medium-length, initial fruity intensity fading toward salt and dried herbs, pine needles smoldering in a campfire, enjoyable, good initial intensity and gradual fade, juicy, fades fast enough to keep reaching for another sip.
