A Canadian cask strength rye whisky, this is the Third Edition of Lot No. 40's popular series. Produced by Hiram Walker Distillery, it is made from 100% rye grain and aged in virgin American oak barrels, with 75% of the whisky undergoing a finishing period in new French oak barrels. This 2019 release, bottled at 57.0% ABV, was a limited edition with 5,460 bottles produced. It is known for its complex profile, offering a departure from previous editions with a more pronounced French oak influence.
