Description

The Inaugural release from Ludlow distillery, Wardington's Original, Ludlow single malt English whisky. This Distiller's Cut is their first venture into producing whisky, exclusively matured in only ex-bourbon casks and limited to only 400 individually numbered bottles, bottled in November 2021. This is bottle No.124 and comes with a certificate of authenticity.

Palate
Buttery pastry and crème brûlée are joined by floral malt and set honey. Vegetal peat murmurs in the depths, with rich, smoky oak in tow.
Finish
A touch of pepper, peanut brittle, and baked apple towards the end. More creamy barley cushions distant chimney smoke.
