Description
This fine Gaelic Whisky, Mac Na Mara Madeira Cask Finish, is a limited edition blended Scotch whisky. It has been specially selected and initially matured in traditional Bourbon wood, followed by a double maturation finish in Madeira casks, which adds complexity. Mac Na Mara, meaning 'Son of the Sea', reflects the Celtic sea kingdom's linguistic and cultural heritage. It is produced in selected distilleries in Scotland using fine malts and grains, and is bottled un-chillfiltered at 40% ABV by The Gaelic Whiskies, an independent spirits company based on the Isle of Skye.
